Communication
Over the past two years, almost all communication has passed through chapter presidents. This school year, communication was further consolidated to almost exclusively Chapter Intelligence Agency to CP. Although there a lot of great Chapter Presidents, even the best sometimes fail to relay information to their chapters accurately and quickly.
The solution is direct delegate-cabinet communication. Systems for Facebook communication are in place, but every graduating class marks a decline in the number of facebook users. I propose an alternative: an all-state email list.
Emails would be gathered during registration. The JSA Student Registration form already asks for a student email address. Chapter presidents would be asked to consolidate the emails into a spreadsheet to be submitted along with their registration. From there, they could easily be grouped into one spreadsheet to be used by the Big Three and department directors for the diffusion of information. Example message include Winter State Cabinet applications or Activism initiatives.
